Meet Courtney,
Courtney is the founder of Hidden Gems. She is a mom of two boys and a wife to Carlos Hernandez. Courtney has a passion for helping clients reclaim their spaces and keep them maintained. She is the best at the fine details and loves bathroom transformations. When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her boys outside, going for walks, and praising God.
Meet Carlos,
Carlos is the co-founder of Hidden Gems. He is a dad to two boys and husband to Courtney Hernandez. Carlos loves making a lasting difference in clients’ lives after their spaces are transformed. He’s the best at dusting the high spaces, making floors sparkle, and windows shine. When he isn’t working, he loves coaching baseball, cooking, and riding his motorcycle.
Meet Jen,
Jen has been a part of the team since mid-2025. She loves helping others in the community and has found a real passion here at Hidden Gems. She’s Courtney’s backup and is flexible with any tasks thrown her way! Outside of work, she loves spending time with her horses, being in nature with her kids, and worshipping.
